Technical Prefab Design
Once the architectural design is finalised, it is our responsibility to convert the plans into a detailed prefab production plan. This plan is then submitted to our engineers for precise calculations and approval, ensuring it meets the highest industry standards.
Prefab production & Assembly
Once the panel designs are completed, we move to production in our prefab factory, where structural panels are crafted with precision. Each villa’s panels are produced within an average timeframe of three weeks. After production, these panels are transported to the construction site, where our expert team handles the mounting, installation, and finishings. This on-site process typically takes about 8 to 9 months per house, ensuring a high-quality build that meets our rigorous standards.
